CBS2 staff are available to support faculty using MS Teams (for existing vs. new procurement requests).
Faculty Support Center
The Center for Business Services and Solutions (CBS2) has opened the Faculty Support Center on the first floor of the Kolligian Library, Suite 108, 9AM-4PM, Tuesday-Thursday. The Center will hold staff from CBS2, Research Administration and other campus partners. In the Center you can expect to have your order placed in Oracle for both catalog and non-catalog items, Oracle self-service entry assistance with service agreements, multi-year agreements, honorarium payments, PCard purchases, independent contractor agreements, subawards, gift card transactions, and other complex orders and agreements.

In Person Assistance - CBS2 Staff Embedded in Schools
Faculty and staff can find a CBS2 staff member in each school. Assistance is provided Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm and will focus on COA/POET review, Oracle requisition entry, Concur (mobile and self-entry), Oracle self-service entry, aiding with customer updates and inquiries, FedEx label creation, Oracle access, new vendor set and entering requests in ServiceNow and other training opportunities.
